Green Transition in Culture: A focus on young audiences

Keynote speaker and workshop trainer: Claudia Ziegenfuß of Kijufi, a Berlin-based NGO expertly coordinating the drafting of Sustainability and Social Awareness Charter for Young Film Audiences as part of the Young4Film European Film Festival Network. 

Claudia Ziegenfuß studied Media Communications, Cultural Studies, and Education at Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg (MLU) and Complutense University of Madrid. She advanced, established, and conducted several film-related educational projects, often with a focus on migration, inclusion and learning in heterogeneous groups. She has been coordinating the film education programme Cinema en curs in Berlin and Brandenburg at Kijufi since 2018 and has been project manager since 2020.

The presentation and workshop will be in English and are for representatives of film festivals and cinemas, film educators, primary and secondary school teachers, and other interested participants engaged in cultural and film education or young audiences.
